1 32-ounce container plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 teaspoons sugar
2 cups frozen strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries
2 small, ripe bananas (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender container, and puree to blend. This may need to be done in two batches.
Yields about 4 servings
