Nutrition education impacts the lives of New Yorkers
FNEC provides nutrition education to low-income New Yorkers through the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and Eat Smart New York (ESNY), the New York State Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – Education program. Participants in nutrition education report improved nutrition and health practices.
